One of the greatest benefits of the time I spent working at Sam's school in Chicago is that I met and became friends with Lucinda. Lucinda runs with the wolves. She is a wonderful, wise woman. She's a supportive friend who is loving, caring, smart, discerning and kind. She is also a yellow belt.
